“ I don't know how these folks continue to do it with how short staffed they are; everyone there every time I've visited or called is so busy but I'm never waiting for more than 2 rings or 2 minutes for attention. When I've done pickup or in-person orders, they're consistently under their time estimates. By 5 minutes at least. _I'm_ the late one. I don't know why Google asks for an 'atmosphere' rating because they have no eat-in options. That's not a problem, because they make food for you to enjoy in your Den at home. It's in the name!!! It's not a sit down restaurant, it was never meant to be; it's a 'come get this delicious, well packaged culinary art, go home to your family and enjoy it' restaurant. ”
